Refund & Return Policy

Thank you for shopping at Resource Shop of Strengthening Opportunities Actions Resources. We strive to ensure your satisfaction with our digital and physical products. Please review this policy carefully to understand your rights and responsibilities when purchasing from us. 

1. Scope of Products 

We sell: 

- Digital Products: 

  - Website templates (Shopify, Squarespace, Showit, and WordPress). 

  - Graphics (stock images and videos). 

  - Business Cards, signage, logos, and social media post templates. 

- Physical Printed Items: Select products (e.g., business stationary and signage). 


2. Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


3. Digital Products Policy 

3.1 Non-Returnable & Non-Refundable by Default 

Due to the intangible nature of digital products, all sales are final once files are downloaded or accessed. We cannot accept returns, exchanges, or refunds for: 

- Change of mind. 

- Accidental purchases. 

- Unused files after download.

- Gift Cards


3.2 Eligibility for Refunds (Exceptions) 

Refunds may be granted only in these cases: 

- Technical Issues: The file is corrupted, incomplete, or unusable after purchase. 

- Misrepresentation: The product differs significantly from its advertised description. 

- Duplicate Charges: Unauthorized or duplicate transactions. 


To Request a Refund for Digital Products: 

1. Contact us within 7 days of purchase at support@communitiesthatsoar.org

2. Provide: 

   - Order number. 

   - Detailed reason for the request. 

   - Proof of issue (e.g., screenshots, error messages). 

3. We will investigate and respond within 3–5 business days. If approved, a replacement or refund will be issued. 


4. Physical Printed Items Policy 

4.1 Returns & Refunds 

Physical items may be returned if: 

- The product arrives damaged or defective. 

- You receive the incorrect item. 


4.2 Process for Physical Returns: 

1. Contact us within 14 days of delivery. 

2. Provide: 

   - Order number. 

   - Photos/video of the issue. 

3. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. 

4. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.

  1. Upon receipt and verification, a refund or replacement will be processed.

Shipping Costs: 

- We cover return shipping for damaged/incorrect items. 

- Customers bear costs for returns due to change of mind. 


5. General Provisions 

5.1 Prohibited Actions 

- Chargebacks: Disputing charges without contacting us first will result in account suspension and legal action. 

- File Sharing: Distributing downloaded files voids eligibility for refunds/support. 


5.2 Refund Processing 

- Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 7–10 business days of approval. 

- Exclusions: Custom/personalized items (e.g., logos, bespoke templates) are non-refundable.

6. European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

7. Policy Updates 

We reserve the right to update this policy. Changes will be posted on this page with a revised effective date.
